Why AVANA exists

For 15 years, I worked inside some of Australia's most complex organisations including ANZ Bank, AIA Australia, Ventia, Cushman & Wakefield, helping people navigate change that genuinely mattered.

And in every role, I watched the same gap show up. The large organisations with deep pockets got full change teams, external consultants, and senior change sponsors. The smaller ones, the businesses with 30, 50, 150 people, the local councils trying to modernise, were figuring it out alone.
